This six-week program on Mondays and Wednesdays in Menomonie can help youth, high school and college athletes improve their athletic performance with:
- Confidence, strength, mobility and power
- Overall speed and agility
- Linear and lateral speed mechanics
Our team of sports medicine specialists will work with you to create a personalized training program that will help you maximize your potential and improve every aspect of your performance and take you to new limits. Regardless of your sports or skill level, you will experience and benefit from a sports training program that leverages medical experience and research from Mayo Clinic while incorporating the same EXOS programming and principles used with national sports athletes.
Registration is required; class sizes are limited. Check Classes & Events for other offerings.
These sessions are designed for off-season student athletes to prepare for their next sport. The intensity of this performance training program, added to the in-sport student athlete's routine practice schedule, may not allow for needed recovery time. We recommend three-season, multisport student athletes consider participating in our summer performance training programs, Sports Performance Training 1:1, or small group offerings. These programs are offered year-round and provide flexible scheduling and balance training with an athlete's current practice demands.
For more information on our year-round sports performance programs, call 715-233-7753.
