  • Confidence, strength, mobility and power
  • Overall speed and agility
  • Linear and lateral speed mechanics

Our team of sports medicine specialists will work with you to create a personalized training program that will help you maximize your potential and improve every aspect of your performance and take you to new limits. Registration is required; class sizes are limited. Check Classes & Events for other offerings.

These sessions are designed for off-season student athletes to prepare for their next sport. The intensity of this performance training program, added to the in-sport student athlete's routine practice schedule, may not allow for needed recovery time. We recommend three-season, multisport student athletes consider participating in our summer performance training programs, Sports Performance Training 1:1, or small group offerings. These programs are offered year-round and provide flexible scheduling and balance training with an athlete's current practice demands.
