• Through a crime fighting partnership we will stop or disrupt ORC networks from committing crimes.
• Gather high level ORC intelligence to have a better understanding to deal with ORC.
• Educate the community, retailers, law enforcement, and prosecutors on the problems associated with ORC.
• Support groups like the National Retail Federation (NRF) and the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) in strengthen laws to help our effort to combat ORC.
